5. HOW ARE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS HANDLED?

In Short: If a social media account is used to register or log in, certain information about you may be accessed.

The Services allow registration and login using third-party social media account details (e.g., Facebook or X). When chosen, certain profile information is received from the social media provider, which may include name, email address, friends list, profile picture, and other public data.

 

This information is used only for purposes described in this Privacy Notice or as made clear on the Services. 000crypts does not control other uses by social media providers, so their privacy notices should be reviewed.

6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: Information may be transferred, stored, and processed in countries other than your own.


Servers for 000crypts are located in Belgium. If the Services are accessed from outside this area, information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in these facilities and those of third parties with whom information is shared (see section 3), in various countries.

 

For EEA, UK, or Swiss residents, these countries may not have equivalent data protection laws, but measures will be taken to protect information per this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

7. HOW LONG IS YOUR INFORMATION KEPT?

In Short: Information is kept as long as necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Notice unless law requires otherwise.


Personal information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes outlined here, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (e.g., tax or legal requirements).

 

When no ongoing legitimate need exists, information is deleted or anonymized, or securely stored until deletion is possible if immediate deletion isn’t feasible (e.g., in backup archives).

8. IS INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM MINORS?

In Short: Data from children under 18 is not knowingly collected or marketed to.


Data from or marketing to children under 18 is not knowingly solicited, nor is such personal information sold. Using the Services confirms you are at least 18 or a parent/guardian consenting for a minor. If data from users under 18 is collected, accounts will be deactivated, and reasonable steps taken to delete such data. Contact 000crypts@gmail.com if aware of any such data collection.

9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your location.


Withdrawing Consent: If consent is relied upon to process personal information (express or implied per applicable law), it can be withdrawn at any time by contacting 000crypts (see section 12). This won’t affect prior processing or other lawful grounds.


Account Information: To review, change, or terminate account information, you can: login to your account and adjust as you wish. Upon termination request, accounts and data are deactivated or deleted from active databases, though some information may be retained to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, or comply with legal requirements.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers and mobile systems offer a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature to signal privacy preferences. No uniform DNT standard exists yet, so DNT signals are not currently responded to. If a standard is adopted, this Privacy Notice will be updated accordingly.
